Webhook consumers registered to receive event deliveries.

Register a new endpoint
URLs are checked against a private-network blocklist before they're accepted.
Whose events this endpoint receives. A caller registering with their own API key doesn't get to choose: the source comes from the key.
Comma separated. Use * for every type from this source. Anything not listed here is never delivered.
